Alan, PL OK! though I will let you decide about the very last word. It sounds as though you use the Spanish 'morir.' At least, I hear an 'r.' I only mention it because it is such a famous line. Maybe I am hearing wrong.

You are right about the last word. I think it is more to do with my rather agricultural English west-country accent than anything Spanish. We do tend to stress ARRRRs even when they aren't there :lol:

Thank you, Alan. My Grandmother used to pronounce 'oil' as 'earl.' We are Irish-American, but she, obviously, was closer to home, so to speak. Then again, I think that this pronunciation is more New York than anything Irish.
