Thank you for feedback. I'm using Audacity, Linux, and USB mic (Blue Snowball).
I cleaned up background noise with noise reduction, settings 40 dB 14.5 sensitivity 6 bands, and applied gain +14dB.

You're nearly there. The volume is a little too high; LibriVox requires a range of 86dB-92dB, ideally 89 dB. You're at 93 dB; you can see this in the Checker tool https://www.cgjennings.ca/projects/checker/

If you could reduce a gain a little and submit again and post the new link below that would be great!
Which distro are you using? I use Ubuntu Studio 22.04.
