There is no box for section 44 in the MW. I don't know why, but if you look at the numbering, it goes from 43 to 45.

That's weird! I did take that section out because I had two chapter 4 part 1 sections, but the MW should have renumbered the sections. I will see if I can force it to renumber. Thank you for letting me know, and for listening!
