I am noticing that your breath hits the microphone, causing a popping noise. You can get round this by moving you mic up a few inches, or to the side,so you aren't breathing directly on to it. You can also get a 'pop filter' which diffuses the sound . You can get them at a music store, or they are under $10 from Amazon.
After about 7 minutes, the sound improved.
