If I (or we) get that far, I understand that the Gutenberg source for these speeches end with 2008's address. I don't know if anyone is working on updating this source.
Should anyone have the time, I would appreciate it they try to find another PD source for these addresses. I'll look, too, but I'm always a little unsure of what is a reliable and acceptable source. I know we do not 'trust' wikipedia as a source, so that one is out. I imagine that the source will have to be one published by the U.S. government. I'll check first to see if these speeches are a part of the Congressional Record. (Boy, that source will be hard to read, though, if I remember correctly. Of course, we have the magnifier tool.)
Just a suggestion for anyone interested. When I find something, I could post it here for the admins to review?
