Getty Museum images now available free under new CC0

Hi I saw this article today that the Getty Museum is making images available "without any legal restrictions" via CC0 license. Since they're not described as PD I'm guessing we still can't use them for CD covers....or can we? :hmm:

CC0 is essentially the PD designation in the Creative Commons system.

I'd say they're OK to use, as long as the picture doesn't have brand names, logos, etc. that could be trademarked, or recent images of people, where the people are recognizable- similar to the policy we have for any other image.
