Was told that Lynnet was cool with me submitting this as one big file. Thanks again.
You just scraped in under the 74minute max!

I know! Was not aware of the 60 minute limit until this submission. Will split my stories into multiple files next time. Swearzies!

Bartleby the Scrivener

~ 0:12 Please repeat the title of the story in the intro.
~1:12:57 Please delete "This recording is in the Public Domain"

Please note, with audiobooks, slower is better; otherwise the listener has trouble keeping up and the reading comes across as garbled. You seemed to slow down to a more intelligible pace as you went on.

Thanks for that. Not sure why I talk as fast as I do. have been trying to slow down and improve my diction.

Hi Lynnet,

Here's my contribution to the short story collection:

"The Last Leaf" by O. Henry.

https://librivox.org/uploads/lynnet/ssc109_thelastleaf_kb_128kb.mp3

Running time: 15 minutes, 33 seconds.

I'd like to record at least a couple more short stories for this collection. Will it be completed at 20?

Thanks very much!

Thank you. I need the text link for the metadata, please.
Yes, I close the collection at 20, but the next one will open almost immediately 8-)

Here's the meta address for "The Last Leaf" on Project Gutenberg (which I used):
