Section 22 needs two fixes.

The volume is a little bit too high. It is currently at 92.4 dB, we need that to be around 89 dB. If you could de-amplify by 3 dB, then you should be close to that target volume.
The end silence is too short. It is currently about 1 second, we need that to be about 5 seconds. Please add about 4 seconds.
