Hello berlingunning! Great job with your recording. Just two edits please:

Intro - Please only leave .5 - 1 second of silence before speaking the intro. Currently there's about 15 seconds of silence at the beginning of the recording. Please also add the intro using the verbiage listed on the first page of this thread. I've also copied it below.

Ending - Please shorten the silence at the very end to 5 seconds. Currently it's running at about 9 seconds.

Once these updates are made, please re-upload the file with the correct filename, and post in this thread so we can do quick spot check.

One other note - There does appear to be some clipping throughout your audio. If you look at your audio file, there are probably spikes that may flatten out towards the top, which means your audio can sound distorted. This can happen when you are a bit too close to the mic, or when you increase the volume of your voice. I would recommend for future recordings to reduce the input volume for future recordings. That is a slider that looks like a mic on the right hand side at the top of the audacity screen. Or, you could also be a bit further away from the microphone so as your voice increases, it won't go over any audio thresholds.

That means the file name is wrong (as in so wrong we can't accept it)

Please make sure you exported the file as an mp3 -- I am getting the message that this isn't in the mp3 format.
Also, please make sure the file is named according to the protocol laid out in the first post (in particular, no capitals)
