And you were worried about the scientific names, I just could not say the word MOLLUSC for some reason!
These are in the MW Ready for PL

Mollusc, huh? Isn't that way it goes? But, I think we've all had that experience of stumbling over common words....

Thanks for reading these!

Yep, there's a part in section 2 that lists a bunch of scientific names then ends with 'worms and molluscs.' I said all the scientific ones fine first try then flubbed 'molluscs' and just could not say 'molluscs,' it took a few minutes of the stumbling over 'molluscs' before I finally got it!

Anyway, here's another two-

I see you're away though so I guess I should wait until you get back before I claim more sections? :hmm:

I selected sponges because of the unique bed of sponges we had where I often went snorkeling off the coast of Haiti -- many years ago -- and our Christmas tree topper is made from one of those sponges.

Hi Inkell! Thank you for these wonderful sections!
Sections 11, 38 and 47: PL OK

Just one PL note for Section 2:
Misread at 9:25.5. Please read as “below the freezing point 32 degrees F” instead of “minus 32 degrees F”.

I've got these, and the previous ones in the MW Ready for PL, and marked section 2 Ready for Spot PL.
You can always post for a new claim, and if I'm away, I'll just take care of it when I am able.
I was in Mexico for a few days with a medical team volunteering at a clinic. Then yesterday was an all-day trip with the grand children. All good stuff!

Wow that's so cool, Larry, welcome back! And that's nice you had a day trip with your grandkids too, I always loved when my grandparents would do that kind of stuff with us.

Yes I could've but I couldn't start working on it until the claim is accepted so there's not that much point, also for the record I have my final two sections recorded as well I just haven't gotten to editing them yet but hopefully today. Could I also add 10, 17, 23, 31, 32 to my list as well then? In fact since they are shorter, could I also have 3 and 20 or would you rather wait until I submit those last two first?

I've put you in for 10, 17, 23, 31, 32. Let's hold off on the other two to see if we can attract a few more readers.

The day trip was to Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA where they have wonderful displays and educational demonstrations of reefs and shore lines. Today, I redeem one of my Christmas presents -- a horseback riding lesson. :)

That is a lot to take on for your first read. Might be better to start with just one so you know how much time and work it takes.

In any case, I do need to know exactly how you would like to be listed in the LibriVox catalog. This can be your real name, pseudonym, or an nickname/handle you wish. This is how you will be credited for all of your LV work.
