Google doc chapters aren't working, is that problem got to do with the shut down a few days ago? [SOLVED]

Hi, not sure if this is me, but the chapters in the google doc reads, that I have to do, aren't loading. So I am unable to read anything until this problem is resolved. Do you have any suggestions? Is anyone else having this problem?

Just had to restart pc thx so much! I'm back recording:)
