I thought you wouldn't mind if I jumped over Philosophy to continue this one. Russell has pretty well convinced me - I'm pretty solidly in the camp that "The Good Ol' Boys" decided who they wanted to be guilty, swayed by socio-political and racial factors, and then railroaded that into a conviction; and it seems they got away with it. Too bad about the witnesses backtracking and the "expert" being not what he was supposed to be.
