Depends on where you're staying in L.A. If you mean downtown L.A. proper then it'd be an hour's drive south, or thereabouts (not accounting for traffic). If you're not staying in Anaheim overnight I'd leave for Disneyland at the crack of dawn and get there when the park opens. Oh, and be sure to save Splash Mountain for the last ride of the day -- no one wants to ride a water ride late at night, but it's the most fun you'll ever have.
