00:00 Librivox needs mono files but this is stereo.
00:00 Librivox needs mp3 files with a constant bitrate of 128kbps. This file is 154kbps. Since that is not one of the standard mp3 bitrates, you probably selected 'variable' rather than 'constant' bitrate.
00:00 Librivox needs mp3 files with a sample rate of 44.1kHz. This file is 48kHz.

Once you've tweaked these settings, upload the file again using the same filename (uploading to the same filename is important when you are submitting Librivox files) and post in the thread and I'll check it for you again!

Welcome to Librivox, Suyee!

Your voice is pleasant and varied.

Librivox requires audio files that are in mono, with a sample rate of 44100 Hz, a constant bit rate of 128 kbps, and at a volume between 86 and 92 dB. Your file is in stereo (joint), with a sample rate of 48,000 Hz, and a bit rate of 32 kbps.

If you're using Audacity 3.4.2, please see this post for instructions on how to adjust your settings to meet Librivox specifications.

I also notice quite a bit of background noise. Try to record in as quiet an environment as you can, with no traffic noises, or equipment or appliance hums. Try also not to move around when you're recording, as your mic will pick up the slightest movements you make.

Please adjust your settings, re-record your test, upload it, and send the link in a response to this post. I will come back and listen to it. Once your test has been approved, I'll give you some more information about what to do next.
