LCaulkins wrote: February 22nd, 2024, 6:56 pm Hi there :)

My only PL Note for assembly of lines is that the group line is missing two of its "unpardonables", starting at 15:51, we should have:

"unpardonable . . . (missing unpardonable) . . . absolutely (missing unpardonable) . . . completely unpardonable"

I think it is intentional that the playwright put in so many, so we should have them all. If they're missing in the group line, you could always copy/paste from what is there now, could even use gentle pitch change to vary it up if needed.

I forgot to ask if you want constructive notes as well? If so, here are two ideas; if not, ignore the following. :)

- - - - -

I think it would enhance the listening experience of someone who's not also reading the text to have longer pauses ahead of most of the stage directions.

And there is a pretty substantial loudness difference between the Roger and Sheila or Therese lines here and there while you're listening. It would polish this play up super nicely if the Roger lines could be "de-amplified" a smidge and Sheila's and Therese's amplified a bit where they are very soft.
I implemented your constructive notes and added in the extra unpardonables. Since adding in some space before the stage directions shifted things a bit, you should look at 16:15 to find the unpardonable lines :)

How did it get so late so soon?
It’s night before it’s afternoon.
December is here before it’s June.
My goodness how the time has flewn.
How did it get so late so soon?
