Hi csrima!
First, you should download the Checker tool: https://cgjennings.ca/projects/checker/
You can drag your file onto it; then you get your results. You should see the following:

Volume
60.7 dB

We need a volume of 86-92 dB; in this case we need to increase the volume by about 25 dB.
You are probably standing back from the microphone; it would help if you are a bit closer. One fist's distance away is a rough guide.
Does the Tonor microphone have a gain button on it? I am not familiar with this microphone. If it does then more gain would help.

In Audacity you can also use amplify:
https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/amplify_and_normalize.html

Again I don't use Audacity. But the manual above should help.

If you could make changes as above, upload again and post the link in this thread, that would help. Ask if anything is confusing.

New submission here. It seems the filter that came with my mic and covers it was playing a role.

Again, I used Audacity, Windows and Tonor TC-777 mic (USB)

I tested in the Checker Tool and it came to 88.8 db

Hi csrima! There is some background noise as noted in Checker. But it doesn't sound bad.
You can use the noise reduction tool in Audacity if you wish: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/noise_reduction.html

Anyway you have passed and are ready to record!
You might want to start with something from the short works section: viewforum.php?f=19
