Hi!

I think this has sat in the Launch Pad for a few days without an MC, because we're really scared to have a relatively new member coordinate a group project, especially one that is so long!

We really prefer that BCs have more experience under their belt, working within the Magic Window as a DPL or soloist, and/or having done a lot more group project recordings. This demonstrates (1) that the BC knows the systems and how to effectively manage the project; and (2) that they're going to stay for the length of time it takes to finish the project (a non-English one like this, with this many sections, could take up to 2 years to complete).

Here's a wiki page that talks about becoming a BC: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=How_To_Become_A_Book_Coordinator

I'm going to move this to the on-hold section for now, until you get some more experience under your belt. :)
