To paraphrase the 1970s TV show "Project UFO" what is this high strangeness?
Is February 29 a freak? Like that guy at high school who decided to dye his hair in 15 colours to be cool.
Or is it just "meh?"

Some notable things about February 29:

St Petersburg, Florida was incorporated on February 29, 1892.
In 1712 Sweden had February 29 AND February 30. Well we can't be too judgemental. Sweden did produce Abba and Pewdiepie.

Where is a pop song about February 29? There has to be one somewhere. So many corny rhymes are possible.
