I am unable to sign in to the uploader

It will not accept my user name or password and will not recognize my username when I try to reset my password.
Can anyone assist?

If you are trying to upload your 1-minute test, you can find the username and password to use within the instruction page:

Later, when you go to upload files to a project, you will find the username and password in the first post of the project thread, around the place where it tells you what to name your file.
