My password not recognized

I cannot get into the magic window to start validation, my password is not recognized. I have actually checked this and everything should work but it doesn't. The reset password does not work either, not sending an email. Can someone help?

I don't see anything on our end that would be causing the problem, Phil.

I was able to reset my password for the workflow system just now - the email arrived in my inbox within a few minutes.

Just to be sure:
- Did you perhaps type in your email address instead of your forum username, on that Password Reset screen?
- Maybe the message has arrived in your Spam or Junk folder?

Good points but I checked both of those things and my spam and junk folders. I will try again.
