Greetings everyone,

I am hoping to read more children's books in the public domain. Thought The Jungle Book might be a good place to start. I couldn't find the complete project of the book on here and I am just assuming that this is available as I found it on Gutenburg:

Another good book I would like to suggest is Oliver Twist: (Just love the classics)

Let me know if anyone would like to be the BC. (As I am still a newbie, I should probably leave the coordinating in someone else's capable hands! :help: )

Much appreciated,
A bear from the land down under

Welcome to Librivox! Before you dive into a full-length novel, new users are typically strongly urged to contribute a few sections to group projects first. If you are specifically interested in children's fiction, there's a Children's Short Works collection up and going right now you can contribute to:

Basically with those, you just record whatever you'd like that's in public domain and upload it.

There are also a few children's fiction books looking for readers right now too:
Policeman Bluejay by L. Frank Baum

Cupid of Campion by Francis J. Finn

The Boy Apprenticed to an Enchanter by Pádraic Colum

The Boy Scouts Afoot in France, by Herbert Carter

A Song-Bird, by Eleanora H. Stooke
