Hello, Sonia!
SG26 now ready for PL
Lots of travelling this summer, so not much recording. Also: nowhere to do a good quiet recording!
Semester has restarted, so I have regular access to a quiet office again!
Looking forward to getting this project finished!

hey Brian, good to have you back
I was also busy travelling (Canary Islands on a ship cruise and Southern Scandinavia with the car) now I'm resting at home and work
only 9 stories left...I hope they are not the longest ones that you kept for last
Sonia
excellent, textually all perfect, only it needs the standard 5 seconds of silence at the end (you only have 2.5 unfortunately)SG26 now ready for PL
I know what you mean, it's strange how sometimes one gets more done at work than on vacation.Lots of travelling this summer, so not much recording. Also: nowhere to do a good quiet recording!

They are, and I don't regret it, as my recording and editing skills have been steadily improving all along.
Thankfully, they're also not much longer than the other material.
I'll add the silence and re-upload tomorrow.

Yes I am! It's been a chaotic last few months, and my usual recording times (evenings in the office) have been stolen by other responsibilities.
But I fully intend to get this project finished by Christmas.
I have two unedited recordings to clean up and get to you before I record anything else.

yay another story in the box right before Christmas good to have you back, Brian. And this section again is PL ok, right away. Perfect narration, as always.
Thanks, and wishing you a merry season, in case I don't hear from you before the new year.

Hi Sonia,
SG 23 now ready for PL.
I spent the Christmas break recording the rest of the stories, so all that's left now is editing. But there's lots of that to do! Sigh!

that's great news. And yes, editing often takes longer than recording. But I'm happy you're still at it and so we will probably finish up this year.brianeanna wrote: ↑January 17th, 2024, 11:27 amSG 23 now ready for PL.

Section 23 is totally PL ok. Only careful with the filename, no caps-letters are allowed. No need to reupload though, since there were no other errors, I corrected the filename in the folder myself. All good now.
thanks, and have a good weekend
