I heard this title mentioned in The Haunted Bookshop by Christopher Morley when I was listening in the shop today and came to see if it was in the catalog. It does not seem to be, unless I have failed to look properly. I have not read it myself, but it appears to be a Christmas story told from the viewpoint of a waiter in Dickens' day. It is just under 20,000 words on Gutenberg. I thought it might make a nice quick project for someone who likes Dickens or is looking for a short first solo recording.
