1-Minute Test Recording - Waynehom [OK]
Welcome Wayne
Your test audio has all the correct settings, so well done. There is however too much reverb in your recording environment. You need a deader recording space.
You can find advice on improving issues like room echo in the Librivox wiki:

Try some of those approaches and make a new test recording and post it in a reply to this message. I will come back and review it for you.

Hello,
I had ordered some sound blankets and set up a padded space to record.
Take 2 in new padded recording area. Same equipment. Recorded 1-Minute test again. Passed in Checker after adjusting volume with Audacity Amplify, about 2.5 dB.

Huge improvement. The fact is, the recording space is much more important the quality of the mic.
Okay, you are good to go.
Happy narrating!
