You,should download the Checker tool from: https://cgjennings.ca/projects/checker/
In Checker you can see that your background noise needs to be reduced: it's about 52 dB and getting it below 30 dB is desirable.
It sounds like electronic noise. Do you have the microphone near the computer fans? If you have the Blue Yeti on a desktop stand that can also be prone to noise; it's better on a boom arm.
There's also noise reduction in Audacity: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/noise_reduction.html
It would be better to deal with the noise source though.
