Hello everybody
I am looking forward to record a text of Kafka - Auf der Galerie.
It will be in German and it is without license as it is available through the German Gutenberg Projekt:
http://gutenberg.spiegel.de/kafka/erzaehlg/galerie.htm
I have started a recording, yet it has a quite bad sound as I have recorded it with a laptop and a plain microphone... but my equip will improve soon
[GERMAN] Auf der Galerie by Franz Kafka - OL/ry
Unfortunaly, US-law and German laws differ. As the LibriVox servers are hosted in the USA, US-law applies. That means that a text being on gutenberg.de is generally no guarantee that we can record it.
Nevertheless, as this text was published 1916/17 and therefore published before 1923 (main principle of US copyright), you are safe to record it
Please check the Recording Notes thread before recording:

Ok, that last bit sounded quite formally, but I just copied it (I'm sitting on a cold stone staircase in the moment and it's quite uncomfortable, so no time for long speeches). If you have any questions, please ask!!!
Have fun with your recordings.
