Section 33, lands ceded in treaties that have been ratified:
https://librivox.org/uploads/aradlaw/annualreportdec1837_33_commissionerofindianaffairs_128kb.mp3 (6:44)
There were several entries that shared a single long "Remark", so I read the whole remark for the first and last, and "Same remarks" for the ones in between.
Back again for section 34 later.

19 Document Number 16 Report of the Sub-agent on the Osage River regarding Schools
also could anyone tell me if this tribe name Wea and it's plural Weas are pronounced way-ah and way-ahs or if it said another way

Somebody else may know more, but in case it helps, this page lists some alternate English spellings of the name:AgnesRobert wrote: ↑August 19th, 2023, 7:37 pm also could anyone tell me if this tribe name Wea and it's plural Weas are pronounced way-ah and way-ahs or if it said another way

It's not clear what pronunciation the folks writing this document would have used when talking to each-other, but it's likely enough not the way the natives themselves pronounced it.

What redrun found is a good start. You might be able to look up a Miami-Illinois pronunciation guide, like this one— http://www.native-languages.org/miami_guide.htm.
It looks like that might be a decent facsimile.
Just do the best you can.

Queued up for PL. Section 33 was still marked as "assigned" for some reason (I thought I changed it!). Anyway, keep tuned for the PL report.redrun wrote: ↑August 24th, 2023, 8:49 pm Here's section 34 - lands ceded in treaties that have yet to be ratified:
