I see on the Checker that the bit rate is 124. I can't explain it. It "claims" when I download that it is downloading at 128kb. I can't figure it out.

I’ll take another look. But once it is set, it’s “supposed” to stay at that value. I find that on rare occasions it decides to catch me out, though

Corrected My Brother Henry, new time, 11:34 (I found some undeleted edits at the end). Other than corrected bit rate and 5 seconds, no other changes.
