Nope! Not good. I do highly recommend Zatarains Red Bean Seasoning Mix. Add that to a # of red beans, add 1 lb of Manda's or other link sausage, simmer 2 hours per package directions, serve over rice. Easy to fix, enough for 8-12, freezes well, and mmmmmmmm, c'est si bon!

Ugh! I can’t believe it, but I can’t make the Zoom session again! Completely forgot about already scheduled dental appointments this coming Monday. Oh well, my teeth should look pretty for the August session!

Been trying for 20 minutes to open my onboard app. Now trying to access Zoom website. It says it sent a verification code for me to sign in but so far haven't received the email. I am keeping calm -- for the moment.
