I did notice a few plosives during your reading.
Tips for avoiding these:
Have your mic offset, so your breath doesn't hit the mic.
Have a glass of water handy and take regular sips to keep you mouth moist.
Apply Chapstick before recording sessions.
Drink tea (no, I don't know why tea rather than anything else...)
Use a pop filter -- this is a device that goes in front of your mic, to disperse your breath before it hits the mic. You can get them for under $10 on Amazon (or your favorite retail establishment!)
