One small PL note on section 1:

(missing word) ~03:09 I seem to hear: "...may be reduced to the Grecian Prodigals, who detained in the service of their creditors." Text goes " who were detained".

PL notes on section 2:
~ 0:54 (missing word/unclear) : I seem to hear "...for the right of conquest only so prisoners of war reduced..." Text goes "of war were reduced"
~0:59 (missing word) "... that actuated these, the Romans also influenced...". Text is " were the Romans also influenced".

Just a small note on Section 4:
~ 02:19 I seem to hear: with so much humanity in general, as to occasional observation...". Text goes "as to occasion that".

For 1 and 4 when I listened to those parts I already was saying were and occasion that, I recorded those parts again anyway and just tried to speak slower and clearer so hopefully it's clear enough now
