Hi Barbara,

Section 40, a very interesting one, is PL OK.

My best,

A local connection in this section - the mention of Lord Chief Justice Mansfield had me googling our (ex) Chief Justice Mansfield. Yes! a gggrandson.

Hi Barbara,

Section 42 is PL OK.

Teignmouth has many areas that look like well-preserved specimens of the 18th century!

(I was in South Devon once, but on the western side, at Bude).

I spent a few hours in Bude in 2007. But it was pouring rain and I spent my time in the laundrette. Sigh.
South and North Devon are heaven on Earth.

Hi Barbara,

Yes, but the part about the dog was very interesting.

Section 44 is PL OK.

Also, so I feel sorry for Fanny.

I don't know if you'll be able to view this kids' cricket-themed cartoon:

That cricket ball that was coming Fanny's way would have *hurt*.

Hi Barbara,

Section 46 is PL OK.

I couldn’t view the cartoon, but I think I would rather be hit by a cricket ball, than be subjected to all that gallant raillery!
