Act 3 all assembled (missing Ben lines), showing only one line missing in the stage directions:alanmapstone wrote: ↑May 6th, 2023, 1:21 am Stage Directions for acts 2&3 are Ready for PL!

Todd: You might like to check these to see if they include everything you need for editing
p79 (At time 35:18 in the ungroomed* DRAFT file I uploaded.) "Pours out a bumper of brandy" - just a small separate file, please.
HOWEVER, for the end of Air 68 on page 82 (time 39:47), no one said the chorus line of "Tol de rol lol, &c". Should Lucy and Polly do that (if so, tell them what the &c words should be...), or just leave it out?
ALSO, on p83 (time 42:50), there is supposed to be ALL line saying "Come, a Dance - a Dance". I'm the only one who said it. Is that enough? Maybe.
DITTO on p84 (time 44:08) for the CHORUS line to end the play - I am the only one who said it. Is that enough? Maybe.
Thanks, Todd

Glad to see act 3 progressing
PL notes for act 3:
1) missing line is in file below.
https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/beggarsopera_stagedirections_3_missingline.mp3
2) I think the Tol Di Rol.. line can be omitted as it only makes sense if people are singing. Also I don't know what the etc would be in this case.
3) I think 1 voice is OK for the "Come, a Dance" line. I have added another reading of this line in the file above so you could merge the 2 or just use 1 whichever you think sounds best.
4) I think this chorus line can be omitted as again it only makes sense if people are singing.
I notice that Chuck is past his 2 months for Ben Budge so I have sent him a PM.
