There were a couple of technical issues with your submission that need a little attention.

In particular:

The volume is 92.0dB, which is right at the high limit. We aim for between 86 - 92dB, but ideally we would like it to be at 89dB. Unfortunately, you also have some clipping that has been introduced by this high signal level (the red lines). https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hGl2agJqNrbWs6FFV3Z0riGfe4LNS_sy/view?usp=sharing

In Audacity you will find the option to amplify under 'effects'.

At 0:26 I hear a mouse and keyboard click
At 0:48 "teaspoon" I hear "teasfoon"
Finally, at the beginning of the file there should be a silence of between 0.5 and 1.0 seconds and at the end there should be 5 seconds of silence. I hear 3.6 and 8.9 seconds respectfully.

Please make these small changes and re-export to MP3 using the same file name. Do not forget to post a note here in the thread when you are done. If you need any help, please do not be afraid to ask

I wasn't sure about the odd lines in between recipes but it's easier to cut then add so ultimately I did record them but let me know if you want them out

Yeah, those are not part of the recipes, so really don't want them
The little blurb about measurements can go either way, I guess.
