Welcome to Librivox! I'd be happy to assign you a section to get your started on your adventure here. But as a new reader, I suggest you take 1 chapter, to give you a chance to see how long it takes to record & edit a section (these chapters seems to be about 30-40 minutes reading time, which likely takes 3-4 times that for recording/editing). Once you've recorded one, you are more than welcome to sign up for additional sections.

You also need to record a 1-minutes test. This is not an audition, but just a chance to test out your equipment and make sure that you meet all of the required technical specifications. You can head over here viewforum.php?f=21 for instructions on the 1-minutes test. Once you've done that, please come back and let me know which chapter you would like to start with, and I'll be happy to assign it to you.
