The second section of the Defense is online:
https://librivox.org/uploads/mightyfelix/defenseofpoesy_02_sidney_128kb.mp3
The third section involves a couple of tricky notes. In one case, I offer the note before the sentence that requires it because interrupting the document at that point does not greatly interfere with continuity, but in the second case I delay the note until later for the same reason, and also because the very brief obscurity is not vital to comprehension but may remain in the reader's mind as a lingering puzzle without having any note at all. I'm sorry that my choice of text must cause you a good deal of scrambling to locate each note and within the note the portion I have chosen to read. It was the use of a heavily annotated text of Horace that induced me to abandon Latin and major instead in English. You have my sympathy.

We're finishing on schedule or almost. I'll be half-way home on Thursday, and when I get there on Apr. 1, I'll check in. Next on my agenda is Burroughs's Master Mind of Mars!

I see that you have given an updated description. Do you also want to add any keywords?

I don't remember what key words I proposed when I began, but I knew what the essay was about, so I probably hit the main points.
Thanks for your patient work and for helping me find a text I could live with.
I'm going to post this in the cover art thread: "The ZIP file for Project 18997, The Defense of Poesy, is here: https://librivox.org/uploads/covers/Project_18997_defenseofpoesy_2326.zip." Wish me luck.

You didn't give any when you posted the project, which is why I ask if you want to add them now. It's not required, however.
