IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the number of languishing projects on our server, we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't recorded anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).

Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process unless you are the BC or PL. Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

Pnagami has very kindly agreed to DPL. Pam, it's ready to upload, but there is no hurry.

A note for prospective MCs: these were published between 1922-1926 but the template generator didn't seem to like accurate but longer dates! I am not sure what difference, if any, that makes for setting things up, but I've taken the later date of 1926 to get the template filled out.

There are 5 different HathiTrust links for the source texts. I am not sure how it's preferred to set that up - if it is one list down the side of the finished project or if I enter the metadata into each section. Either way is okay with me, but I don't know from an admin perspective which is considered preferable.

I can set this up.

Ready to go.

As for links to the texts, we can add multiple sources. I can add "additional links". I think on the set up page, you can also add additional text links, but don't quote me on that

Just give me the links, and I will take it from there.

If you'd rather add them as metadata, that's fine, but it sounds like more work to me.

Thank you, Lynne! The links (five in total) are below. It didn't feel right to treat it as a compilation with multiple authors and sources, but it's in that odd in-between area of also not being all from a single, easy-to-read verified IA text. I don't mind entering the metadata, but I don't know what tends to be fiddly or really easy for you when it's time to catalogue!

Pam, the files should all be up, but please do take your time.

I’ll add them to the project page. It doesn’t add work either way at cataloguing.

Update: there seems to be a glitch with adding extra links. I'm getting a spinning wheel and getting nowhere.
Please go ahead and add the links to the metadata, there is no need to add the author as they are all by the same author.

No problem. I've added the links, though it does feel a bit strange not adding any other metadata while I was in there!
