Updates:
1. Re-read the line at 24:08, so should hear "We shall all be loved someday!" (now starts at 24:10)
2. Added in "She raised her eyes for a moment. Suddenly, her head swam; she grasped the back of the sofa, breathing quickly." (Line begins at 32:10-32:16).
3. Also, I voluntarily re-read 1:25-1:32, where Phillip says "and also the diamonds I gave you, which you also seem to despise." I listened to the track again this morning and was able to note the change in recording tone on that section, so I did it over again to sound smoother, if that makes sense.

Standing by for any additional notes! Thank you for your assistance!

V/r,

Alyssa W.
PL OK! Thank you! And thanks for the heads up about the re-recorded line. I didn't notice a change in recording tone there on the first listen, but I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my own recordings, so I totally get wanting to address things like that that catch one's ear. :)
For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.

Thank you for section 5! It's very nicely done. I have just one note: at 10:56, could you include the "Ah! no" before "desperate and heart-stricken" (p. 105)?

I finally got smart and started saving a copy of my raw files. Checked and sure enough it was just sitting there, waiting to be added back in. Thanks!

PL OK! Thank you! I appreciate your indulging me about such a minor discrepancy. :) I just felt like that phrase was significant for conveying the mood of the passage!

I appreciate it! It was a purely unintentional cut and it's always my intention to get everything in there as written. Thanks!

I'll move you to Readers Found.

Thanks again, and great job on this marathon of a chapter! I have just a few notes:

- At 0:47, "to comfort her mistress and to assure her that under whatever vicissitudes of fortune," you say "to comfort her mistress and to assure her that whatever vicissitudes of fortune" (p. 183)
- At 9:03, "For all one could tell, the philosopher may have thought that he was carrying letters on the subject of the differential calculus," the end of "calculus" is cut off (p. 189)
- At 32:52, "moving it in the moonlight," you say "moving it in the sunlight" (p. 203)
- At 37:34, "I saw the look in your eyes," could you edit out the first "I saw"? (p. 207)
- At 42:09, "There was a strange light in her eyes as she recalled the terrible scene in the death-chamber," I hear "There was a strange light in her eyes as she called the terrible scene in the death-chamber" (p. 209-210)
- At 50:37, "by patches of wood and little wind-beaten copses," you say "by patches of wood and little beaten copses" (p. 215)
- At 51:17, "Harry would lose sight and knowledge of her unless he kept close beside her," you say "Harry would lose sight and knowledge of her unless he kept close behind her" (p. 216)
- At 56:24, "well out of sight among the thick undergrowth," you say "well out of sight of the thick undergrowth" (p. 219)
- At 1:03:24, "in their profound solitude," you say "to their profound solitude" (p. 224)
For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.
