Hi everyone,

I'm hosting the November 6 First Monday Zoom session. My first one, so please bear with me if there are hiccups. :D

Winnifred is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
Topic: 1st Monday's Zoom Chat
Time: Nov 6, 2023 11:00 AM Central Time (US and Canada)
Host: Winnifred

Join Zoom Meeting up to 5 minutes early.
https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82027916692?pwd=bitRQ1htWnB4NkJPa0wxYzQ2YjdoQT09

Meeting ID: 820 2791 6692
Passcode: 742746

Items/questions for possible discussion
I'm totally flexible, so if anyone has any items to add/change or wants to tackle these in a different order, that's fine. We probably won't get through them all, but that's ok. With the exception of Michelle's presentation, these are just random questions that occurred to me as possibly having interest for others. Feel free to speak up or not (listener-only mode is perfectly ok).

1. Michelle will explain her “Duplication Trick.”
2. Prooflistening and changing meaning in a reading: Are you a “read along” afficionado or a “just listen” fan, and why?
3. How do you pick your next reading, BC, or solo?
4. How do you pick your projects to PL/DPL?
5. How do covers come into existence?
6. Do you do voice exercises before you record?
7. What’s the weirdest thing you ever recorded?
8. What’s the most unexpectedly rewarding section/book you ever recorded? Why?
9. Has anyone updated to the new Audacity 3.4 yet? If so, had any issues?

See you all on Monday!

Cheers,
Winnifred

Hi everyone,

I'm hosting the next Zoom meet upFriday March 15th . For the first one the idea is to meet and decide what we would like from these meetings. :D

I only have a basic Zoom account so we have 40 minutes then we can either end the meeting or if we all log out and log in again we can have another 40 minutes. This is a real trial and error to see how it goes. Please let me know if you will be joining us so I can see how much interest there is.
