COMPLETE: The Early Diary of Frances Burney Vol 1 -jo
Hi Barbara,
Section 35 is PL OK.
I was confused by a footnote. The death of the dowager Princess of Wales wouldn’t be the mother of George II, whom he never saw after her imprisonment in Germany for adultery. Might it not have been the very unpopular widow of Frederick, George III’s father? She was the mistress of Bute.
My best,
Pam
