The volume is low, however. If you use Audacity, you can safely amplify by 8dB in Audacity. You'll notice some portions of the recording are even lower in volume, like from 2:45 to 5:00, and the intro 0:00 to 0:24; if you're up to it, you can select those portions and amplify further, maybe by 5dB, just to level it all up.
