Here is another resource that I found. The Dime Novel Bibliography's goal is to "create a comprehensive online database of dime novels, story papers, reprint libraries and related materials." It can be useful to find a list of books published by an author.

Also, for some books published as serials in newspapers, there are links to the full text for some or all of the chapters. Very handy if you have your heart set on a book but can't find a scan anywhere else.

Here is another online bibliography database, this time of Victorian novels. It also has author biographies which might be helpful if they are not on Wikipedia.

Before using anything from online resources it is necessary to check the copyright - especially for added comments - most are not PD so it would be necessary to check carefully any information before using it here.

Yes - for the most I think these would be more useful for looking for a list of potential books to read or books by a specific author instead of using the actual full text. Of course, our book suggestions already has enough to keep someone busy for the rest of their life :lol:
