Here's Section 15: Broek: The Dutch Paradise: https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/wolfertsroost_15_irving_128kb.mp3 (15:02)
I was amused to learn (via Google) that Broek-In-Waterland, according to Fodor's Travel Guide, today still has a reputation for being "the cleanest town in all the Netherlands." (I felt compelled to go look it up to confirm it was a real place, as the word "broek" in Dutch translates as pants.)
Cheers,

How did it get so late so soon?
It’s night before it’s afternoon.
December is here before it’s June.
My goodness how the time has flewn.
How did it get so late so soon?
