 woah, this was a powerful, electrifying story (pardon the pun  ) The creepiness of the situation and relation build up nicely all along the storyline up to the inevitable finale. An excellent narration.

However there are a few small edits to make still:

> at 7:04: (p. 3) "of confidence with his big whining pet" - you say "of confidence this big winning pet"
> at 8:59: (p. 4) "she told the rest of the machines" - you say "he"
> at 9:50: (p. 4) "she stopped her whining howl" - you say "he"
> at 14:14: (p. 6) "she did not mind" - you say "he"
> at 15:10: (p. 6) "the man that watched and tended her" - you say "touched"
> at 22:33: (p. 9) "and grazed the frame of the machine" - you say "front"

thanks, and good to have you back !

I'm rethinking my comment made on "Who's the Dupe?"

No, these are easy fixes, but the kind I hate to make in the first place. I will certainly fix these before I send over Ogle's lines.

My apologies,

Greg

Thanks so much for your super-helpful suggestions, Sonia! I really appreciate you taking the time to thoroughly PL and explain things.

Here is my edited recording (27:44).

(I hope I did it correctly, uploading the new file under the exact same name as the old one...)

yes this is absolutely correct, sorry I didn't mention it before. The file name has to be exactly the same, so the old file gets replaced by the new one in the Magic Window.

Great corrections and all PL ok now.

Thank you :)

 indeed, but poor Mr Webb....he must have thought the other guy was the crazy one and feared for his life. A very funny story and you narrated it excellently and flawlessly. I can set it straight to PL ok, thank you so much. 8-)

The only thing I would notice is that there is a long silent pause between the first and second part of the intro, over 2 seconds feels very long. I also suggest one should keep the silences to under 2 seconds, often 1.5 is fully enough to make a break. But since there are no other errors, and it's only in the intro, it's not so important to change this time.

Another thing though: careful with the filenaming. You can see an example of the filename convention in each first post of the project, here: blackcat0305feb1898_#_various_128kb you only have to change the # into the correct section number. Again, since there are no other errors, I will go and correct the filename for you this time. But it's good to check in your future projects to get them right.

Thank you, and have a nice Sunday, and maybe I'll be hearing you in a future Black Cat again. I'm glad you enjoyed the section. So did I.

Now only waiting for one more section before launching the next one. :9:

Sonia, I meant to resend because I forgot to do MP3 Gain. Do you want me to resend? Paula

thank you Sara, so cool, two stories in one day :9: though it's a bit late, I will PL tomorrow.

I noticed you named the file _1_ instead of _5_. I'll sort out Greg's overwritten file soon and rename it, but careful. :?

But this means we can go ahead with the next issue, so the next Black Cat is launched now.

Maybe I'll hear some of you again in the next one. :)

Have a good night

no it's fine, Checker told me it was just inside our limit, a bit over 86 dB. A bit low, but acceptable.

No need to reupload, thanks
