Complete-SOLO "Romance", by Joseph Conrad and Ford Madox Ford-ag
Section 1 sounds great! I have just a few notes:
- From 1:38 to 1:58, you read "To yesterday and to to-day...at Kingston," then start over again at "To yesterday..."
- At 12:39, there's a stumble at "as Ralph himself set me"
- At 15:27, "we couldn't do our carting because the smugglers had given us notice," you say "we couldn't do our carting down our blinds because the smugglers had given us notice"
I haven't read this one yet. I think it's gonna be good!

For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.

I left some questions, BTW, over on "Nature of a Crime", in my efforts to figure out how to "put in titles".

If you click on the box in the Title column beside each section number, you can enter a section title.
In the mind, or consciousness of the Earth this flower first lay latent as a dream. Perhaps, in her consciousness, it nested as that which in us corresponds to a little thought.--A.Blackwood

Section 2 is nicely done! I have just two notes:
- At 2:16, "I whispered loudly," you say "I whistled loudly"
- At 11:43, after "Now, lads, bring 'em along," could you include the line "A voice I knew said their watchword, 'Snuff and enough,' loudly, and then, 'What's agate?'?

This is rollicking good fun, isn't it? Hard to believe this is the same author as "Fifth Queen", let alone "Crime".

Thanks for your patience! Section 3 sounds great. I have only two notes:
- At 11:10, "and he'd not like to have spent the night in your company," you say "and he's not like to have spent the night in your company"
- At 16:12, "I don't like your company," you say "I don't like their company"
Ford's versatility is astonishing! Once I'd read Parade's End, The Fifth Queen, and his early fairy tales, I was struck by how different they all are from each other.
