Note on section 3
At about 12:00 I believe an "end footnote" should be inserted after "3, Upper Islington Terrace, London, February 2, 1857." and before "Should the present Translator not be so favoured".
That is the really long footnote.
Well done.

Thanks!
I've decided instead to take out the "footnote" marker at 3:45 because
a) he hasn't referenced it as a footnote per se in the main text
b) it's soooooo long that I think listeners would be confused - keep waiting for it to be closed.
It's a bit of a waffle, but I think it sits okay as 'main text', especially since he 'introduces' it as a bit of a tangent.
What do you think?

Martin Luther to the godly reader
Just one very small fix for section 5:
needs about 0.5 second of silence added to the start.
Ran out of time to listen to more. Will get to tomorrow.
Your reading is continuing to be very high quality.
M
Thanks a lot!

Don't feel rushed. I'm on holiday this week, so I've been able to get through a few sections!
Although I now seem to have lost my sound, so that might be it for a while.........

Sections 3, 5, 8, and 9 are PL OK.
Notes for section 6 and 7 . Again, just one minor comment for each section.
section 6: at about 4:03 I hear "but" instead of "nor" in "nor to destruction only." definitely changes the meaning.
section 7: please delete about 2 seconds of silence at the end.
I'll get to 10 tomorrow. You are hard to keep up with.

That's so weird how you can read the same thing over and over and not see the mistake! I did wonder at that phrase, but I thought that I have to be true to the original text and maybe I just don't understand it! Just a 'little' change of meaning .......

Notes for section 11. There are two spots with partial text, then followed by the corrected version.GillH wrote: ↑February 8th, 2023, 4:24 pm Section 11 (24:26) The work of the third day, pages 55 - 63

I'll get to 12 in a bit but wanted to get these comments to you after finishing the listening.
