Bengal Dacoits and Tigers, by Maharani of Cooch Behar Sunity Devee (1864 - 1932)
Maharani of Cooch Behar Sunity Devi was a women's rights activist most interested in the education of girls. She became the first Indian woman awarded the title Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (CIE). In addition to Bengal Dacoits and Tigers, a collection of folkloric tales about dacoits (armed robber bands) and man-eating tigers, she authored The Beautiful Mogul Princesses. (Summary by Brian Fullen)

Please note:

The book is organized in two unnumbered parts, which are: Dacoit Stories and Tiger Stories. The stories that are grouped in those two parts of the book are also unnumbered. In order to reflect the structure and intent of the book's author and their publisher, each story will be recorded in its own section and the audio book sections will be grouped and ordered as in the printed text. Further, each audio book section title will reflect the part of the book in which the story was grouped in the printed text. Thank you.

Hi Brian,
I'll MC this for you. Feel free to shorten the filename, if you want to.
Cheers!

Amy,
Thanks again.
I think this might be a good project for new volunteers to claim a section or two - at least I hope so.
Best wishes,
Brian

It looks like a lot of fun. I like wild animal stories.

Hi Brian,
Would you like this to go into Short Works or Books? I could move it now. A dpl may still find it. If not you can put out an ad for one.
Cheers!

Hi Amy,
I was hoping maybe it could have a category all to itself! :) But, if that's just not possible, could you please put it into Short Stories? I just feel that'll be luckier ... we'll see.
And may I say, HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!? Oh, I guess I already did. I hope you don't mind.
Best wishes,
Brian

Hi Brian,

May I claim the last section? I've been reading many chapters of books that involve elephants.

Thanks,
Stacey

Yes. It seems that I will be adding you to the LV catalog as a new reader in order to complete this assignment in the Magic Window (MW). In doing so I will enter two required fields in a dialog box. I have one of those, your user forum name, from your post. The other required field will become your LV catalog Display Name, at least for the time being (it could be changed in future, at your request, by someone with admin privileges).

For your Display Name, would you prefer "amosbuchanan" (exactly like your forum name), or "Amos Buchanan" or something else entirely?

Thanks!
