Ahhh! Thank you so much for the corrections, Kitty!

Yessss, what’s with the “f’s” sometimes being “s’s” —all so confusing, so thank you for finding my mistakes! I’ll correct these and trim the unnecessary parts out too. :D

I really wasn’t sure how nasty to make this character (she really is a cow, right?! ), and I too pity poor Sir William.

So glad you agree with the tone of my delivery thus far, your guidance and encouragement is amazing!

Have a lovely day Mrs. Plotwell! :D

ah well...that was more ironic...you haven't met Sit William yet  he has it coming in every way. I completely understand Clarinda that she would rather have Manly than be saddled with this fop. Who wouldn't ?

What a wonderful role, and very well read. PL OK.

I see the script had a different name for you in each act. Glad you were able to determine who you were and when. And, well, at least in your closing speech you became a little less hell-houndish. Meekness becomes you.

Hopefully someone will be brave enough to take the role of Carefull.....

Thanks, Todd

So true Sonia, I’ve yet to meet the dastardly Sir William so should likely reserve my pity until he earns it! :D

Attached is the edited version of Clarinda’s foray into intrigue!

he doesn't  as for dastardly, I think my Mrs Plotwell summons his courage up nicely when she says "he wouldn't fight with a mouse if it was out of the trap".

And PL ok now, nicely corrected, thanks

:hmm: she was always called Plotwell...where did you see another name ? but yes I had to switch between Plotwell and the Quakerwoman quite a bit. But it was obvious by what I had to say what persona I would be in.

 not so sure about that...

thank you for the quick PL

Mrs. Plot in Act 2, Plot in Act 3, Plotw and Plot both in Act 4, Plot in Act 5....

I have changed the voice credit and added all the servant lines I could find.
I have changed the filenames to reflect the new MW name.
thank you Alan, all acts perfectly PL ok.

@Todd: Now that I got to follow the text a bit better, I can give more informed on servant situation in this play.

La Reviere is only once called Laric and that in the very first line, so I am guessing this is a typo  but be that as it may, we can leave the voice credit.

There seem to be three different servants in the play however.

1. Sir William's servant, who we can well leave as La Reviere in Acts 1 and 2
2. Bellmain's servant on page 101 in Act 3
3. Careful's servant on page 106 in Act 3 and on page 129 in Act 5

Alan recorded them all, up to you to decide whether you want to use those, or you want to create two different servant roles for the 3 lines that were definitely not La Reviere :hmm:

 indeed I didn't notice. I pounced on anything resembling PLOT in some way. Thanks for the fast PL :) It was really a good role, I enjoyed it.

hehe, Clarinda is definitely having some fun time here. I love it when they crossdress, and making your voice deeper in the duel scene was a good touch

Only one sentence needs to be corrected, the pesky "long s" struck again

> at 1:55: (p. 96) "why when we are sated with their sordid foppery" – you say "fated into"

thanks
