Thank you, redrun, Tommie, and Dan—these should be in the MW for PL or spot PL as appropriate!

redrun wrote: February 3rd, 2023, 7:03 pm Well, it's been a bit, but I'm back to clear the table.
https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/annualreportdec1827_02_commissionerofindianaffairs_128kb.mp3 (8:48)

In the hopes that this would be the easiest way for the listener to follow, I read the introductory text above the table, which describes the columns in the same detail as the headings do. Then I skipped the headings and moved on to the items in the table.

For each row, I read:
<name column>: Requisitioned <column 1>, rendered <column 2>, leaving <column 3>.
Where column 3 was empty, I left it out as described. Where column 2 was empty, I left it out and added "unaccounted for" after column 3. I think that makes it all the more obvious which column was skipped, even if the listener's eyes are about to glaze over out of boredom.

Willing to change as needed.
I wouldn't change a thing. This made sense and was easy to follow. Good job!
Section 2 PL OK

Thanks, Betty. Hopefully Danigirl can get those into the MW for PL. If not, I’ll try to get it done when I have better internet access.
