All very nicely read Mariah
I look forward to hearing more recordings from you. My only comment is to ensure that you leave 0.5 to 1.0 seconds silence at the beginning of the file; yours have been just a bit scant.
All three are PL Okay

Thanks Christine
PL Okay , but please keep an eye on your trailing silences. It should be 5 seconds.

Pre and Post or during the separate recipes?

Good question!
Pre is one-half to one second (0.5 - 1.0).
Post is five seconds.
Between sections depends on the text. A pause is a good was to let the listener know that it is a new section. If the pause is too long, the listeners can get "antsy." My personal rule is that no pause should exceed 1.5 seconds.
Dramatic readings and plays are another matter.
Does that help?
